Leadership Structure Job Descriptions

We propose that a SPECL Coalition is being called out by God for each school to assist the Students to start up and run a weekly club. This Coalition consists of Students, Parents, Educators and Church Leaders working together in “complete unity” to establish a Christian Club in or to the school.

This Coalition is identified primarily from the records on the “High School Survey” form.

The Leadership Structure of ORGOWITS  begins with the Student Ministry branch of TTW.

  1. A County Overseer is called to facilitate all the SPECL Coalitions in that County.
  2. A Coalition Captain is appointed to lead the SPECL Coalition for that school.
  3. A Campus Guide will assist the Student Club leaders to start up and run their club.
  4. A Hi-BA Leader runs a Hi-BA Club, designed to Biblically train Student leaders.

The duties of the County Overseer are as follows:

  1. Have a good rapport with the Captains of each SPECL Coalition in the County.
  2. Pray for and encourage them to follow the guidelines in the ORGOWITS  brochure.
  3. Help them to identify all the members whom God is calling to the Coalition.
  4. Report monthly to the Student Ministries VP how God is working in your County.

The duties of the Coalition Captain are as follows:

  1. Pray for and urge each member to follow the guidelines in the  ORGOWITS  brochure.
  2. Have the SPECL Coalition promote a “High School Survey” form to many people.
  3. Print a spreadsheet to identify the name, phone and emails as a result of the surveys.
  4. Ask the Coalition members to use the info to recruit more members to join us.

The duties of a Campus Guide are as follows:

  1. Pray for a special rapport with Student Leaders who will run a Christian Club.
  2. Assist them to start up a Christian Club in or to their school.
  3. Keep the Student Leaders accountable for their weekly club meetings.
  4. Encourage them to report to their churches once a month how God is working.

The duties of a Hi-BA Leader are as follows:

  1. Pray for a special relationship with Student Leaders to Biblically equip them.
  2. Teach them how to have a daily encounter and walk with the Lord Jesus.
  3. Use Hi-BA Curriculum to train them in witnessing and to follow up new believers.
  4. Motivate them to develop their spiritual gifts of leadership and discipleship.

It is feasible that the Hi-BA Club could involve Student Leaders from more than one school, which allows for in depth training and interaction among students who are more mature.

When God asked Isaiah, “Who will go for us,” he said, “Here am I, send me!”

Please ask God to send you in one of these  ORGOWITS  roles to reach students!
